My bad experience
- There was a three and a half hour delay after calling them.
- They said the issue was resolved and that you would receive your order within 35 minutes, but after 20 minutes, you received another call saying that the order would be delayed for another hour.
- They did not mention the reason for the delay, and the reason given later was a delivery issue.
- The order had already been paid for.
Unfortunately, it seems that other customers have also had negative experiences with Pizzaro's delivery service. Some customers have reported long wait times of up to 2 and a half hours[1][2][3][4], while others have reported cold and soggy pizza[2]. It's important for businesses to provide good customer service and communicate effectively with their customers, especially when there are delays or issues with orders.
