The worst servicing outlet when it comes to online delivery. The order is always late and food is pathetic. Out of the 5 times I ordered since the pandemic started the earliest order I received took 1 hour and 32 mins and the longest one

The chicken pieces are always too fried and smell bitter. The coleslaw also didnt smell or taste like fresh at all. Very bad expert

I ordered a chicken strip meal and it was terrible. The chicken strips taste like they have been sit there for a long time. The biscuits were very hard and falling apart. Only thing good about the meal was the soda.

In the states this is called Church's Chicken. Tastes the same and is always my favorite place to go for great chicken.

Chicken of the Abu Dhabi branch was very fresh and tasty. But the chicken quality of the Dalma Mall branch was average.

Food was bad and not tender like other Texas restaurants, this is the first time i try it in Abu Dhabi, but i liked Dubai branches much more, the staff also forgot to add the white sauce, i had to ask, after i took the food i discovered she
