We recently had the pleasure of staying at Dukes Hotel for a four-night stay, and we were truly impressed with the exceptional service and top-notch cleanliness throughout our stay. The Housekeeping team, in particular, deserves a special mention for their helpfulness, and outstanding attention to detail.
During our stay, we had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Submit, the Executive Housekeeper, who left a lasting impression on us. His professionalism and dedication to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction were truly commendable.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the entire team at Dukes the Palm for making our stay a memorable one. The impeccable service, combined with the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel, exceeded our expectations.
We can confidently say that Dukes the Palm has become our go-to hotel in this area and we are already looking forward to returning next year.
