Hotel is located well near beach and tram station. Room with balcony was nice and well maintenance. Staff was very helpful and friendly and they all have very good attitude. Pool area and pool were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were not so good as we expected. Maybe more salads and variance would be good. All food was available very nicely. Check-in took very long time, check-out was quickly. We bought late check-out, it was quite expensive.

It was a very nice experience at the hotel. The rooms were nice & cosy with balcony having seating arrangement. Balcony of our room was overlooking the beach and we could also get street view. The bathroom were good & so were toiletries. The beds were comfortable. Kettle was available in the room with good supplies for making tea / coffee and water supplied without any cost. The staff was polite & helping. The overall experience was of luxury. However, with all the positives, the service during breakfast was not up to the mark. We stayed there for two nights, but each morning faced the service problem at breakfast table. Management was kind enough to listen to our concerns and promised to take care. Overall, a very nice experience.

I can not fault this place , absolutely wonderful. The staff and management are exceptional. They will go out their way to make your stay pleasant. I celebrated a special occasion here, and they went above and beyond from complimentary room upgrade to birthday cake . Would definitely return here and recommend to family and friends

Excellent hotel, staff were very helpful and made sure we had what we needed. When we got there, they didn't have a cot even though we had requested to have 1. But the staff went to lengths to ensure they got us a cot on our first day. Tram stop if your going to use it is very close just need to go out the back of the hotel, literally a few minutes. There is also a 24 hour convenience store and pharmacy. Breakfast was also good but nothing special compared to the rest of JBR. O erall a very nice hotel with spacious room and excellent bed. Balcony also had a good amount of space. Gym was nice had all the basics and was good to have sauna and steam room also!!!

Regrettably, my experience at this hotel fell far short of expectations despite its high price point. The disappointment stemmed from various aspects, including breakfast , lackluster amenities, and an overall failure to deliver on the promised luxury. It's disheartening when a high-end establishment fails to meet expectations, and in this case, the considerable expense did not translate into a commensurate level of quality and satisfaction. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mövenpick based on my disappointing experience.
