Great view but poor service! I made a reservation week before and I mentioned that I have a birthday. They called to confirm the reservation and informed them with all details and that I want nice table with a view outside. When we first entered the receptionist mentioned that we had a birthday although she should and it should be a secret. They give us the middle table because walk-in customers took all the nice tables! I asked to change the table and one became free but refused that we take it because it is reserved for a special occasion that turned out two be two girls including a TIKTOK influencer. I asked for the dessert as they informed me to do special birthday day wish but they did not do anything. I went to the receptionist to check, she said that she did not tell our server. I had to order another dessert to celebrate! ! Although food was good and the view is nice but the service is terrible.

The view of the Burj and fountain is spectacular! We were there for the night brunch and it was lovely. The service was great and the food was a hit and miss. Some dishes were delicious and some were just okay.

The Saturday evening brunch was fantastic, the food was delicious, the service was impeccable, the drinks kept coming (nice french rosé) and the value was incredible (they do take entertainer). Have the black miso cod as your main. It's amazing.

If you’re looking for a fine Pan-Asian brunch then @karmakafedubai should be on your list! 🙌🏼 Their Brunch by the Burj apart from offering the best views of @burjkhalifa provides an opulent pan-Asian dining experience full of delectable dishes, rich ambiance and an entertaining night scene. The Beef Tartare, Salmon Carpaccio and the Prawn Tempuras were delicious, creamy and a great start to the night. Followed by their asparagus and mushroom skewers, chicken yakitori, truffle beef yakitoris and the Katsu Chicken Bao Buns that were all prepared impeccably and had the most distinct of flavours! The Thai Red Curry was spicy, with a fine creamy gravy and the Tenderloin in Shiitake Sauce was one of the finest meals of the night with the meat being well done. For desserts, their Vanilla Cheesecake, Mini Banana Roll and Mochi Selection were all amazing but the mochi and the roll had the perfect texture to them 👌🏼 The Brunch by the Burj is a prime example of good food with a view and they really do justice to the Pan-Asian cuisine!

Pan-Asian cousin. The restaurant has a very nice atmosphere, food is quite good but quantity offered in the group menu (+10 ppl) is very limited for the price you’re paying. They use high end alcoholic brands for all cocktails included in the package which consists of 2 hours of unlimited drinks, except champagne. Service was not very good. Not rude but the waitresses didn’t even smiled once. Very cold indeed. Maybe that’s the reason why the restaurant was completely empty (as you can see in the pics) although next day was a public holiday. This time was a bit disappointing. I felt that years ago the experience was much better.
