I have never felt such a beautiful hospitality services ever. I am so delighted and thankful for the staff of this hotel. I want to thank specially to the guy name Subash from House keeping department who is very supportive towards my stay over there. I was attending meeting and had stayed for 5days but i stayed more than a week and had relaxed vacation and had very good and lovely environment. I would like to suggest everyone whenever visiting this place once give them opportunity to provide you services i am sure you guys wont regret of it.

I had a great stay at this venue. Thanks to Mr Subash from house keeping depart who helped my children to guide and became so kind and helpful even he was so disciplined guy in and out uniform both. Thanks to him and team. It was a short visit this time with lots of memories and i would definitely visit this place again with longer vacation.

Wonderful check-in experience by Marianna. I appreciate the kindness and willingness to help of all the staff. Thanks also to Munish from the house keeping for cleaning my room promptly and efficiently. I will definitely come back again.

I had a an amazing stay. Great service by the staff. And especially I would like to appreciate the housekeeping staffs for how quick they were to help us out any point of time. And I personally want to appreciate ‘Parthipan’ the housekeeping staff for providing me with everything with a beautiful smile at all times and going extra mile for their customer comfort stay. :)

Great hotel with multiple specialist restaurants and a good sized Gym. Service and hospitality is amazing. They take good care of you. Ms Kane at the reception was very helpful. Mr Ravi from housekeeping was very helpful and made sure all my adhoc housekeeping requests are well taken care of. A great stay in Kuwait.
