I was expecting much, however haven't got the little even, i had an entertainer voucher massage as a gift from my friend, so I went there and asked if I can get deep tissue massage since I had it before many times as well as sport massage, but guess what? I didn't feel that massage at all, it was really bad service ,the therapist seemed not happy and didn't give me a pressure of the massage at all , but the place was clean and nice, unfortunately I am not happy. So I will not come back and I will not recommend it.More
First time at the spa during our stay at Grosvenor house and absolutely loved my hot stone massage which also included a mini facial! Ria I think her name is was such a delight will definitely visit again if I’m in Dubai. Spa service in Dubai is the best in the world and this spa didn’t disappoint! More
Great massage and excellent facilities. Only downfall was the tidyness of the spa. A lot of towels just left hanging around and teas/coffee's not being cleaned up. Apart from that a good experience.More
I visited this spa on several occasions. I had Biotec Elemis facial. The best facial I ever had. I now book the same every time I am in Dubai. I also brought my sister to experience the same facial. My therapist’s name is Ria. Thank you very much for the best experience and your professional approach. Truly 5 star plus facial. More
I have been today at the B/Attitude Spa and have to say that I am blown off. I am a very frequent spa visitor but have to say that this spa has the most beautiful design I have ever seen. It reproduces ancient imperial China and is taken care of in every single detail. It takes you to a real journey far away. The treatment was also very good-the cherry on the cake. If you love design and relaxation, I cannot recommend this place enough! Amazing!More
