A very well maintained, high end hotel with fantastic facilities. I love the lobby. It is huge and there's space for everyone to hang out and do their own thing in the tastefully decorated area. There's a glass lift in the lobby which is definitely faster than those which I have encountered elsewhere. The staff is polite. Parking is ample, both valet and self parking is available.

I wanted to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service and memorable experience during my recent five days stay at your esteemed hotel. From the attentive staff to the delectable dining options, every aspect of my visit was delightful.However, I feel compelled to provide constructive feedback regarding the mattress and blanket in my room. Regrettably, both the mattress and the blanket did not meet the expected standards of comfort. I believe addressing this concern will significantly contribute to enhancing the overall quality of stay for your future guests.

A luxurious hotel with excellent services. The staff are so friendly and always at your service with smiles. From the 29th floor I was able to admire the aesthetic view of the city especially the iconic pineapple building. The buffet breakfast was always amazing and I particularly enjoyed having a daily taste of the Arabic coffee ☕ Their cleanliness here is so spotless especially in the room. Then the "Breeze" which is the rooftop swimming pool is a very beautiful place to relax. I really had a fantastic and memorable stay which will not be forgotten in a hurry.

I had a wonderful birthday experience and a pleasant stay with my family here in Dusit. The staffs are very accommodating especially the reception area and they surely provide an excellent service. The breakfast buffet was also superb! The servers are very attentive. Will definitely come back here. 👌🏻

Excellent hotel with very spacious and well appointed rooms. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Beds are definitely on the firmer side. Massage at the hotel was excellent! Overall, great value for money.
