We recently stayed in Grosvenor House, Dubai for three nights. Much like Dubai it's self, the hotel is perfectly clean and is the epitome of luxury. The food is excellent, all freshly prepared and delicious. The staff are really what sets it apart and are so helpful and friendly, with nothing being too much trouble. They really do provide 5 star service. There are some very minor changes/improvements that could be made, such as varying the selection of meats available to grill at the buffet restaurant i.e. to include some chicken for example. The pool area is also immaculate, with great views of the marina and is still peaceful despite the construction happening in the area. To single out any staff member would be unfair as they genuinely all provided excellent service, and this hotel would be my first choice if I were to stay in Dubai again. Thoroughly recommended..

I would like to say that our recent stay at this hotel was very pleasant and very comfortable. The restaurants are amazing and the food is the most delicious. The SPA area is very nice! All staff working in the hotel are very friendly, very high level of professionalism. Definitely a great choice for a hotel in Dubai. Everything was excellent!

I stayed at this hotel, and I must say that the rooms and location were absolutely amazing. The view from my room was breathtaking, and the convenience of the location made my trip enjoyable. However, I had a concerning experience in the club level area. On multiple occasions, I encountered a situation where someone would take my table while I briefly stepped away to get some food. I left my personal belongings on the table, but the hotel staff seated other people at it, ignoring my belongings and me. What troubled me even more was the response I received when I raised this issue with the service personnel. They seemed to give preference to white guests over non-white guests. When I inquired about why they allowed this, I was told that the person sitting at my table was American. This explanation was not only unjust but also ridiculous. I strongly believe that all hotel staff should receive proper education on the principles of human equality and non-discrimination. It's essential that every guest, regardless of their background, is treated with the same level of respect and consideration. This experience left me with a negative impression, and I hope the hotel takes steps to address these issues and ensure a more inclusive and fair environment for all guests.

This hotel has it all - wonderful surroundings, furnishings with style and comfort and the most amazing staff we have experienced in a great deal of time on our many travels The leadership provided in this hotel has inspired the staff on every level to provide a total customer centric experience and it’s how a hotel should be run I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat and recommend anyone else to do the same The food , hotel and staff are exceptional and they provide a free shuttle bus to the sister hotel which is a great benefit so you can use the beach and pools but return to the calm and luxury of this hotel. Half board offering is amazing and the best buffet restaurant we have had in years We had a fabulous view from our balcony arranged by the night duty manager Sanjeer and that was a real treat to watch the marina in daytime and evening. Thank you to all the staff in Grosvenor house you made our stay really special. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I have been living at Grosvenor House Hotel for the past several months, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience has been. From the moment I stepped in, the luxurious ambiance, impeccable service, and stunning views have made it feel like a home away from home. The staff is attentive, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. The well-appointed rooms, world-class amenities, and the central location in the heart of the city make this place a true gem. It's not just a hotel; it's an experience of opulence and hospitality. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in the city.
