Nice Hotel, We stayed at the hotel for two (2) nights however we had different expectations based on the price we paid. Pros: 1, Location was perfect. That’s about it. Cons: 1, The breakfast wasn’t something special as I expected it a bigger variety. The environment seemed like a jungle. 2, The rooms were nice and comfortable but are outdated. A refurbishment is required to keep up with time and competition. 3, The outside pool is small and super busy along with the gym.

Amazing hotel! The location is excellent, the staff and service is excellent. They made us feel very welcomed. Especially Mohamed who greets guest on arrival. The arabic tea and dates he serves were delicious. They staff went above and beyond to cater for my wedding anniversary. Palace Downtown will be my go to hotel whenever I visit Dubai. Thank you for providing me with excellent service and making my stay at your hotel memorable 😊

It’s such a great experience! Good spot to hang out with friends even families! ❤️❤️❤️ Good place also to have business meetings 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Good food! Nice view! And mostly good service! staff’s are well accommodating, friendly and very approachable. We had a good dine served by Jane, Girlie and Karen! Thanks to these ladies! ❤️❤️❤️

Monu and Babar were absolutely fantastic when we went to the Friday Lunch recently. The food was superb but the service from the both of them was amazing. Highly recommend and thank you to Mona and Babar once again. Hope to see you soon.

Just amazing. Very very professional and most importantly nice and smiling staff. The buhayra lounge was the best lounge in Dubai. I have enjoyed my night and will come here for sure again
