Really nice people, the service is great and they are always smiling and respectful. I really enjoyed my stay there i didn't feel the time pass by. Room service is 24h/7, they have a good menu and it's not expensive at all.i did like the mix grill on the menu. The manager is really friendly always trying to improve, by discussing with customers what to improve. You can have a car for drop off if you schedule early enough because a lot of people enjoy the car service. On weekends the hotel is always full you got to know that the weekend starts there on Thursday evening up to Saturday evening. The breakfast is a buffet, you can eat all you can, there is a variety of food. Vegetarian can find a good breakfast there. They stop it at 10h30.

Terrible staff, except the bell boys and security team, Reception team treat you like garbage, no sympathy, no attention, no common sense, completely useless! And when you call the manager, he is even worse, he has no clue what is the customer service, whenever you call them and ask questions they never know the answer and never call back, when promised!

My experience in this hotel is the worst ever. Im not joking. The room next door is having a party which by the way against hotel policy and every tenant have signed on it. I called reception 4 times but they couldn’t manage the situation and the party and noise are still up until morning They also having 30+ people in the room which is again against the policy but they did not do anything. Summary, hotel is good and all but if you face any issue like mine or other, expect 0 support literally. They can not deal with any situation like if they are completely powerless and they don't own the place Unimaginably powerless and clueless with dealing with problems

The service are very slow and bad.. aisle for the room smells bad .. zero sound proof from nearby rooms but they are friendly and the rooms are Clean but still wouldn’t recommend it .

A good place to chill and make merry. Has different sessions. Have professional receptionist staff. And are good to go
