Ayam Zaman Restaurant

I had the pleasure of dining at the Lebanese restaurant in Holiday Inn Hotel Al Thuraya City in Kuwait recently, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the grills and the Fatteh Kabab and all sorts of mezzas. Chef Mohammad, the head chef of the restaurant, has truly mastered the art of Lebanese cuisine. Every dish was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. They were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Lebanese dining experience in Kuwait. The food, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and I will definitely be returning soon.

The food which I ordered laham mashawi was not fresh. The meat was tasted as defrosted..... However.the waiter Mr Rawol was one excellent waiter that with his charm he made me to forget about the lousy meat
