Price wasnt much different with normal peak season. So. Yes. I paid quite high price. 1. Room was lack of amenities. Everything was set up for 1 person. I had to asked for twice to reception. 2. Wifi wasnt work for 1day. 3. Room service and hotel information wasnt their. So.i was very confuse what is going on this hotel. Any promotion for F&B or any activities? I was forced to go and call for manager 3times. 4. Lounge. No Alcoholic Beverage. Food was limited served. And cold & not yum Very different with last time. 5. All the advantage as a member of Accor wasnt available or very little. What i felt was un-welcomed. And they are more focus on celebrities or influencers. Well. I am just normal member. So maybe is that my fault that i am not famous?🤷‍♀️ 6. Check in & check out. Check in : They were asked me to wait and they will call my name. Well. I was waiting and watching all the guest was cutting the line and checked in!! I was asking when are u going to call me? And they said who are u. (What the...) not only me. There were other guest who was waiting for 1 hour. When I checked out,, they were charging that i dont use. I never asked and use the laundry service. But they said i did. Well I asked them so check the sign and show me. Well there was no! The counter seemed that I was lying. Holy!!! Why should i pay such amount and ruined my new year holiday? My family decided not to come back this hotel. And ofcourse i already share my experience to my friends. I am so sorry but. I DONT FEEL ANY WELCOME IN THIS HOTEL. PLUS. I stayed on the weekend. Everything is excellent. The room is spacious and clean, as expected. The staffs are helpful and responsive to request. The breakfast is great with various menu. I couldn't ask for more, except for more nights of stay. Magnifique, indeed.More

i am currently staying at hotel and the first impression wasnt good at all. When we arrived at the hotel no one helped us to unload the luggages so i did it myself with the help of my wive. I went to park my car, came back to the lobby and my mum was still waiting for the luggages and still no help from the staffs. I had to ask them to take care the luggages, which was absurd for a 5 star hotel. I checked in a bit early trying to beat the queu and understandably no room was ready yet and so i went to have lunch at Manarai and it was excellent. We got one room ready at about 2 o'clock. So I went for a swim with my kids, during which i tried to get a drink at the pool bar. And bartender said i had to pay cash or use a credit card. For god sake, i am staying at a pool access room and swimming. Do i bring cash or credit card? Of course not!!! I was told that i didnt open my credit card when i checked in and thats why i had to pay cash. I WASNT ASKED TO!!! So i took a shower and went to the lobby. They said they FORGOT to ask for the deposit... and for the second room we only got it after 5!!! Check in time is 3 oclock btw, 2 hours waiting time is ridiculous i think. Dont get me wrong, the hotel is excellent, facilities and location are superb. But the service is really bad for the claimed 5 star hotel. I hope they can improve their service in the future.More
In the past this hotel was fantastic and I stayed here whenever I visited Bali especially as I’m a platinum member. However now I will not be recommending it for the following reasons: Upgrade was not offered even though on the Accor website rooms were available and on property itself you could see that there were suite rooms available. I also enquired a few days before my arrival with the reservation agent about the upgrade. At check-in after much insistence we were only given a one night upgrade. This was odd as we are usually upgraded for the full stay when there is availability. We stayed during a non peak period and there were plenty of rooms available. The previous dedicated lounge and service have been removed. Now only non alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee served from the bar. All the premium teas have been replaced with low cost alternatives. The welcome drink coupon was not valid for any alcoholic drinks which is unusual for an Accor hotel however on the coupon it stated that alcohol should be consumed responsibly. There were no welcome fuits or snacks in our room upon arrival which used to be standard. The amenities in the room were totally below standard. The food was very disappointing. Breakfast food choices are equal to a 2 star hotel buffet. A far cry from what we experienced on our previous visits. Our rate included dinner which we only had for one night as the food was really bad. We were totally disappointed as we paid a premium price in comparison to other hotels in Bali and what we experienced was what we would expect from a hotel at a third of the price let alone not honouring the benefits of platinum Accor membership.More
