Lucky to get a chance to experience breakfast here before checking out. It was my first time to try breakfast at Coral Restaurant, food is acceptable but its a bit pricey for breakfast with a little option in the menu. We are just fortunate to get served by Shaiful (If im not mistaken.) as he’s very attentive and helpful for our needs. More
Decided last minute to have breakfast and hubby chose Coral. I was already turned off when I made the reservation cause the guy on the other line was not interested to take our reservation. We asked for outside seating and he said its being renovated. And his tone was just dismissive. However, when we got to the restaurant, the hostess was nice. She explained that it was due for renovation but the hotel delayed it for some reason. She automatically gave us the table outside. It was beautiful! Then came the star of the whole experience, Mr Shafry Amit. He explained how the breakfast works with this new normal. We opted for eggs benny with salmon however it wasnt not on the menu but he made it happen. Another plus point on going the extra mile. I mean he could have said no but he went out of his way! Then he kept checking for guest satisfaction, looked after us by asking if we need anything and checked what our feedback is on the food. I was totally impressed with him. He was spot on with his recommendations too. On food, best pastry ever in doha. Eggs benny was just the way we liked it. Def coming back for this too! Over-all, he made us feel so comfortable that we are even looking at staying here for a staycation! I don't do reviews cause my job is about reviewing trip advisor reviews and the last thing I want on my time off from work is to be on trip advisor. However, I am really impress with Shafry! He is good and definitely a keeper! Kudos to him and to whoever is his manager (because colleague motivation boils down to leadership too!)and to the training that you do in your hotel. Impressive! More

Very tasty dishes and very nice staff and dining experience All staff were good, specially “Grace Navalta” and Thansing they are so professional and friendly ... I would come again to coral to see them...More
