This was my first time staying at the hotel & it has been flawless experience, every aspect has been perfection from the moment I arrived through to departure, to the point I am sad to leave. It’s my new favourite hotel & will be my go to every time I come to Dubai.
Particular thanks to waiter Sunday & hostess Margarita at Laguna lounge for their Stellar customer service & going beyond the extra mile, making me feel very welcome & special…looking forward to my return!More
We went to Zoya restaurant and had the best time for ourselves and more importantly our tastebuds .
Dine around menu - We are halfboard so chose from the dine around menu and there was plenty to choose from. We ordered samosa chaat and Chicken 65 for starters , mutton Rogan josh , buttered chicken with naan for mains and gulab jamon and gajerella for dessert. The portions were huge .
Chef Arvind - Chef Arvind did a spectacular job presenting his dishes perfectly , you can tell he takes pride in his cooking . We were so delighted with every aspect of our evening meal . What I loved the best was that the food was spicy but not chilli . The spice mix was just perfect . I knew right away that chef Arvind had taken great care not to disrupt any customers stomachs as that would ruin a few days of any holiday. The dishes are so easy on the Stomach but without losing the spiciness. I
Atmosphere : The place looks amazing , calming atmosphere and the manager takes the time to visit every table to make everyone feel at home and he takes an interest making our visit the best it can be .
Service : The service was courteous and so attentive. Our waiter Madhu made sure we had a great time. The other staff - Rajeshwar , Ananth and Sabre attended to us too to make sure we had a lovely experience and wanted for nothing more ! Stellar service from all and I would most definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone .
Shout out again to Chef Arvind and our waiter Madhu. You guys are doing a stellar job. We will definitely dine here again . We know our curry in England and you all smashed it ! Well done guys . Love and best wishes frm the UK.More
Hotel is extremely clean and service is amazing. BUT, half board not worth the paper its written on. So we booked half board and was made aware of the different restaurants and how good the food was, what we wasn’t made clear was you cant access any of that food without paying extra in the restaurants. You have a limited dine around menu, which is an extremely limited and cheaper choice menu. We went to the steak house and guess what, not 1 steak for half board! Instead you need to pay a 60 AED premium for it. World of eatery, 25 AED to have shrimp in the Californian rolls, out of 4 rolls 2 actually had 1 shrimp in each! Total rip off. We have been to many places worldwide but this place is the only 1 i felt like my pants got pulled down every meal. It should be made clear that half board doesn’t mean you can eat at any of the restaurants without paying an extra amount unless you want a spagbowl! Would also recommend buying the ultimate drinks package they dont tell you about. Costs around £75 a day pp - a beer costs around £15-20, make up your mind if you think its worth it. Apart from this room was spot on, breakfast was really good.More
