We come to this restaurant quite a bit but tonight’s experience was very poor. We ordered a starter but it took ages to come and wasn’t properly prepared. The waitress came and took our order but she found it really hard to understand what we were saying, didn’t seem to know what was on the menu and couldn’t get the right number of meals and drinks. Very frustrating.More
I ordered boneless wings and instead I got nuggets. The order was delivered and I had selected according to what i had seen on the menu picture. Stop deceiving customers with picturesMore

I can’t really blame the staff they were very nice and polite . But let’s go back 1 week . Me and my family decided to go to chilis as we had entertainer and having visited or locations was happy with the standard and quality of the food . We’ve faced a couple of issues when ordering main courses ( what entertainer states and nothing else )and only when it comes to settling the bill saying the corses ordered are not included in the entertainer . But Wakra took this to a different level. The waitress asked are you using entertainer which we said yes , she then informed us that menu items marked are not included . I can honestly say there was at least 40-50 items knocked of the menu pretty much any main course that cost more than 30qr was removed . I asked the manager why this was and asked for him to show my in the application where the terms and conditions are , which he couldn’t do . Needless to say sadly I won’t visit again . I would like to choose my main meal when I dine out not to be told what I can eat as a paying customer . More
Chili's has changed a lot over the years, the menu has a lot of new additions. But something i have noticed and i must commend them on is that their customer service and always been the same and they always have a smile for every customer that walks in the door. This is why i love visiting Chili's for a good brunch.More
