Dear, Intercontinental Hotel manager. As u can see from my account, I normally don’t write anything. however this time I have to write to hotel so nobody will be treated like my husband. We went to beach, every single soda water we had to walk to the counter by ourselves and ordered. which was fine still. the problem was when we went for shower. Somehow his locker got stocked so he called someone to open his locker. He has been waited all that time during I already took shower and waited for him it was already 20mins passed. which means it was enough time to get shower for me. he texted me that he was still waiting for 20minutes outside for his locker and he was naked freezing. nobody came. He was asking to me again please call somebody since he was freezing inside. I had to go out to the receptionist to get somebody to unlock his locker. she said she already made a call. what? so I told her call again otherwise my husband will get SICK. in this situation. then she again made a call but still nobody showed up. we had to wait more time. finally a guy came down to the locker. it was the worst moment him to waited naked. I will send also the screenshot for the time trace so that you will know what is the fact. His body, hand temperature was freezing while we driving back home and he was shivering. he is not feeling well at all until now and start to caugh. I feel really really bad and am just hoping that he will not get sick.More
The lost and found service here is incredible. I lost 2 items, and in a matter of 24 hours, the staff (lead by Ariane) completed a full check and sweep of the premises for my 2 items. Thankfully they were able to locate them. I want to thank Ariane again for her support and other staff members who helped in this task. Would highly rate this hotel in terms of its service and commitment to their guests.More
I stayed intercontinental hotel many times different dates ,long and short visit . I loved it , Amazing view ,Perfect stuf, they deal with the customers friendly and respect . Especially Mr . Mr. Mohammed Bdir &MrAndrew . Thanks again You're the best ever .More
I booked my reservation earlier for my brithday March 18, 2021 since January 12, 2021 using my entertainer because everytime you call them rhey will say that whole month is already fully booked most especially if they knew that you are entertainer user. I received my confirmation thru email and they cancelled my booking without any information. I only knew when i missed a call from them and i call them why they are calling me and they said that they cancelled my booking last February 28, 2021 because of some reason which is not acceptable. They offer me club internationational which cost 1430 qar beacuse as per Mr. Hussain (Supervisor) since i am using entertainer there is extra charges and supposed to be it is only applicable to standard room which is my 1st reservation that they cancelled without my information. And yesterday i received mail from them my reservation which cost only 1130 + 100qar extra charge for one person total 1230. I called to clarify because i was confused they were telling that they don't who send it to me. Can you imagine the differnce from my 1st reservation it is only 850qar supposedly but they booked me in club internation which cost 1430Qar and received mail which is only 1130. They should not participate in the entertainer since they are giving the benefits of entertainer users. Once you told them that you will use entertainer they will tell you it is fully booked. I hope that this will not happened to other guest just what i experienced. Expecting to have a happy and memorable birthday on thursday but it turns out to be ruined and totally disappointed.More
Excellent service and v good food , first time here and would love to come back again , appetizers , main course and specially the rich chocolate dessert won my heart . The service was very good and waitress was very accommodating to our needs .More
