We stayed for 8 nights in early April and had a most enjoyable time at Tai Dubai Business Bay. The suite was spacious and the house keeping was very efficient. The hotel staff from the reception and the restaurants are first class in their services and friendliness. Special shout out got to be the staff from the Taj lounge. Every single one of them Sarthak, Carol, Meghnath, Milan, Shankar and Aastha made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. Carol drew a lovely picture of our family on our last night. The food in the lounge was full of spices and flavors. The hotel is nicely kept and comfortable. Above all, it has to be the staff that made our stay memorable. It has been an absolute pleasure.More
Great location just about 20 mins walk or 4 mins taxi to Dubai mall. Staff very welcoming and willing to go the extra mile for the guests. Breakfast was perfect! Loved the fact they had almond milk for my coffee! Room was large, spacious, nespresso machine in room, walking shower and tub. Got upgraded to 14th floor with the Burj Khalifa view. Beds and pillows very comfy which is my most important variable for choosing a hotel... There is a 24/7 mini market around the corner. More
Had a wonderful long weekend with the Taj family in Dubai just near the center of the city. Loved the kindness of the unbeatable Khaled at the front desk and the food by the amazing Thoufeek! Warm recommendations to stay here next time you are in Dubai !More
Excellent hotel! Location is great, close to everything and you can take taxi/Uber , which is very cheap. The hotel is very beautiful, clean, has amazing rooftop restaurant and very good spacious rooms. From amazing Amr,who is the best! Breakfast had a big selection and delusion, Shakunoor was very nice and helpful. Everyone at the hotel from bell boys to waiters, front desk, housekeeping were simply amazing !!! Thank you. My next trip to Dubai Taj will always be place for me to stay/ recommend to others.More
We received a very friendly welcome at the Taj Hotel. The whole staff is extremely friendly. In addition, the hotel asks for pure luxury from the food from the room and from the pool. We enjoyed this vacation very much and will definitely be back.More
