After an arthroscopic brostrom mid-June, I contacted City Osteopathy and Physiotherapy to start a physiotherapy program and had a 6 sessions with Darrion Lim. He carefully listened to my needs and adapted the sessions accordingly. I had some exercises to do at home between the sessions, which I did carefully. I’m back to practice (I’m fencing) just 3 months after the surgery and I’m progressively feeling confident again. I’m very happy with Darrion’s approach and with the way he was leading the sessions. We did a good job together. Contacts with the clinic staff at the counter to set appointments was also smooth and efficient.

Great clinic with friendly and helpful staff. Darrion has really helped me a lot with my injury and I'm recovering well. Would definitely recommend seeing the team at City Osteopathy!
