My DVf dress underarm part is getting yellow stain after they delivered long time i just found the color changed means they didn’t clean , they only iron my dress. The service become bad. Because only pick up and delivery I didn’t take a close look. The white color change to yellow or brown not the first time , i dont know how they dry cleaning and i chosen premium already .

Highly recommend the laundry and dry cleaning services which I availed from this company. They have done a wonderful job and the delivery and pick up was well on scheduled time.

The worst service ever! My suede shoes got completely destroyed. From the beginning I mentioned how delicate the material is and how I got the spot. And I attached the photo to know if they can fix it. After one week I received completely destroyed material and the spot they suppose to remove became two times bigger. Of course no one informed me about that. Most probably they were hoping that I’ll not say anything or I’ll check the package a few days later and they will claim that’s it’s too late. But unfortunately for this company, I saw jr straight away and obviously I complained. They promised to fix it. And guess what another week of waiting, and the shoes wasn’t fixed. I’m not going even to mention that there was some other spots (from the inside), but they never were cleaned. I didn’t dated anything, cause it wasn’t that matter for me. But the spot from outside, it’s unbelievable. Without saying that the material of the shoes were completely destroyed. Which made them impossible to wear for me ever again.
