Wow, a fantastic stay-cation for me and for the surprise I gave my wife. From the time we entered to the hotel and until we left. All teams from the concierge, receptionists, restaurants, room service, cleaners, pool attendants and even the management staff were full of energy and always with a smile. The food and the service was amazing. A wonderful stay and a must for hotel lovers to visit .... We will be there again

My recent stay at the 5-star hotel was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I walked through the elegant lobby doors, I knew I was in for a treat. Let’s start with the breakfast buffet; it was a gastronomic delight. The array of delectable dishes and the variety of choices left my taste buds dancing with joy each morning. But what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team was not just nice; they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. It felt like they went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable, always ready to assist with a smile. The view from the hotel was captivating. It provided a serene and picturesque backdrop to my mornings. Waking up to the sight of the surroundings was a feast for the eyes. And let’s not forget the pool - an oasis of cool and relaxation. Taking an early morning dip became a cherished routine that left me feeling refreshed and invigorated. Even late at night, when the occasional craving struck, the room service was incredibly prompt and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, no matter the hour. In summary, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s an experience that leaves you with wonderful memories. I’m already eagerly anticipating my next visit to relive this exceptional hospitality.

The worst experience ever! We booked a double bed room almost 2 months ago and ended up with a king-bed room “They allow an overbooking then will tell you it is subject to availability, which means you won't know what you are going to get until you arrive, surprise! What is the purpose of customizing the bed!”. And they asked me to follow up with them every day to change the room! For 6 nights! The professional hotel would offer an upgraded room to please you. The Indian receptionist doesn't even put a smile on her face! Why is that? It is like you are going to stay in her house!! The towels, trash can, door handle, ..etc were overused and in a very rough condition, they can not be used in a 5-star hotel. The only thing that was positive there was the valet staff, they were super professional and respectful. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT WASTE IT IN THIS PLACE.

Hotel’s management had zero thought process when deciding that the designated smoking area should be just next to the hotel lobby where people are picked up and dropped off. Well done! Children and those with health conditions have to breathe in cigarette smoke. Now onto the check in process, we booked 8 months in advance only for them to tell us that the rooms weren’t ready (we arrived at 3pm) and they weren’t sure what room we wanted. Amazing! If you have lost your tastebuds then you certainly won’t mind the buffet breakfast they have every morning. There are plenty of other options and great hotels in Dubai. Just avoid this one. You’ll leave disappointed.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Rooms were spacious. The service was excellent. Food served were amazing & delicious. It was worth every penny spent. However it was bit noisy due to constructions, but habibi u are in dubai. It always has something to build. We didn't got a chance to go on a pool. But i think it was good. I would surely recommend this for travellers
