I only had a one day stay at this fabulous resort! I do wish I had spent more time as I loved my suite( 1 bedroom apartment with kitchenette). The staff were very friendly and should I return to Dubai, I will definitely stay here. A great resort for families!Read more
If you want a convenient location outside the bustling city center then this hotel resort is ideal. The location is perfect, situated right in the middle of a shopping village. Tim Hortons is the only branded shop I saw whilst the rest are boutique restaurants and shops. The hotel room itself needs major work. The studio room is basic with a desperate need of refurburishing the soft furnishings. Don't get me started on the walls. Stained. Leftover putty visable in the bathroom and mould in corners. Cheap doors and locks. This room needs major work to bring it up to standard. The terrace has never been cleaned and is full of ash in the corners. When i called reception to speak to someone about the flimsy lock the receptionist, an indian lady who checked us in, was patronising and spoke to me like i was 5 years old. And dumb. However workmen were promptly sent out to check the problem. I do not recommend staying here as it is not worth the money. Choose a better hotel nearby if you want to be located in this area.Read more
We visited during the new year with family and it was an very average experience of property. Checkin wasn't great as the staff is too smart and don't understand to manage and create a good experience for families on vacation since we were given tooms in 3 different blocks and was not convenient. The hotel is interconnected to the mall and is a comfort. Restaurants within aren't that great and the activity area can help kids stay engaged. There were no activity planned for new year eve which was disappointing. Rooms are uniquely structured the bathroom design was dangerous as we had difficulties while bathing. We had to keep reminding for toiletries, towels and other stuff. Pool is a good experience and relaxing. Read more
Will not rate even a single star if i can. this hotel is the WORST hotel in UAE. From the front desk who is not even giving any details about my check in. only taking my emirates ID. then giving me a room key. upon checking in, i even advised the reception i have friends coming over and the front desk replied '' ok mam,,enjoy your stay" which means that he has an idea that i have some visitors coming over. on the part when we are in the place, a security staff named RIDWAN, came to my unit door and RUDELY talked to us as if we are free rentals to the place checking the place as if we are doing something wrong telling us that no visitors allowed when in fact i already advised the reception about that and did not even informed anything about visitors and all. and this RIDWAN uninformingly crashing inside telling "everyone get out!" when in the other hand he can politely ask and talked to the one in charge of the room. my advise is to never come to this kind of place where the staff is so DISRESPECTFUL will never ever come back in that place again.Read more
