Superbly luxurious and elegant hotel with excellent service at the best location in Dubai, on Burj Khalifa tower in city center. The restaurants are offering testy culinary experiences of the best quality. Staff and management are well trained and professional at all posts.

Dubai is a fantastic destination, and the quality of experiences can vary. The Armani Hotel is an excellent choice for those looking to enjoy the captivating views of the fountains and the nighttime cityscape while indulging in exceptional room service. One thing about this hotel will always stick to your mind is the great scent. I would give this hotel 4.7 stars :)

This hotel doesn’t live up to the hype and for the money, there are a lot better hotels in Dubai. Check-in was slow, we showed up at 3pm when we could check-in and our room wasn’t ready until 3:30. Then to get out of the hotel to walk along the fountain, we had to walk through the tunnel with the tourists going through the exhibit about the building and then it dumped us out in the mall. So it wasn’t easy to get out of the hotel. They need a separate entrance via their grounds leading to the walkway around the fountain area. Also, it was my daughter’s birthday and they said they would deliver the cake to the room but they never did. It was nice to watch the fountain show from the room, but overall it was definitely overpriced and the service was not that of a luxury hotel.
