This was the worst experience I had at baskin Robbins counter at Al Wanda mall. The person serving us took a lot of time to take out order and was very unfriendly. I would never advice any one to take there ice cream from here. As a regular BR customer I would suggest Baskin Robbins to train their staff this was an unhappy and poor service provided by their staff. Finally, I wish Google allowed giving negative starts as I would prefer to not even give one start.

Was served by M Ashfaq…. Unhappy with the customer service, left a bad taste in my mouth. I was in queue waiting to be served, than a family came along and he served them first. Then when it was my turn he said ‘hurry up we closing soon’…. When I ordered my ice cream he didn’t offer any toppings, people like him should be working as toilet cleaners and not in a customer facing environment… Extremely rude, miserable and put me off. Will not be coming back here again.

I had Chocolate mousse royale flavor from baskin today first time in a waffle, otherwise I used to have a cup always. But waffle turned out to be really disappointing as it started leaking shortly after I started having my ice cream and created a lot of mess on my accessories. Not even smaller brands waffle has done such thing to me ever. I would really recommend them to increase the quality of their waffle cone.

I have been going to Al wahda mall Baskin for several years. Today one of the baskin Robbins representaives, Mr. Ashfaq, was rude and not understanding while preparing my order. I asked for two small scoops in a cup and he charged me for two medium scoops. When I asked him to change and put it all in one cup, he tried to pretend like he didnt understand me. In addition to that, he was turning away customers while the shop was still operational. Baskin Robbins is a brand name and its representatives should be trained to speak politely to their loyal customers.

We went in again last week for more ice creams. We had strawberry cheese cake and jamoca almond fudge as usual.
