Had a very bad experience with a staff, Mr. Anand, in BR today. We had a 1dirham per scoop offer (exclusive for mashreq card users). When we asked to taste a flavor before buying, he replied that it is not possible as we are almost buying the ice cream already for free. We tried to explain to him that it is part of customer service . But he kept replying rudely which made us look like we are beggars buying for free. I believe tasting is part of customer service and it doesn't matter whether we are buying the ice-cream on offer or not. Me and my husband felt terrible for buying the ice-cream for 1 dirham. (They shouldn’t give such offers if you are going to belittle the customers). We live nearby this BR branch and buy BR once a week (we buy by paying full money). This was the first time bad experience ever in BR. Will think twice before going to this branch again because we have to face this staff again. We wanted to buy more ice cream for our family but ended up buying dunkin donuts due to the bad customer service from BR 🥺.
