Baskin Robbins - Dubai

I visited deira city center today and I am so disappointed with the staff that I am writing the review right away Date: 29th of November Time: 6:00 to 6:45 Kindly check the cctv footage for the following sceneario I had asked for a Jamoca mouse royal and strawberry cheese cake there were 2 nepalis taking the order and serving. first the lady who took my order didn’t hear me and gave me jamoca almond fudge instead of mouseroyal and later when I asked her to confirm my doubt about the flavour she replied saying I asked for a jamoca almond fudge instead of hearing me properly and letting me know that jamoca mouse royal is out of stock. she argued back saying I asked for the wrong ice cream and she immediately took the icecream away from me saying she will cancel it and threw it in the dustbin when I told her to give me the cancelled one and give me another scoop of just chocolate mouse roual she told me that it’s their policy and they have to throw the icecream instead of giving it to the customer and they have to throw it away no matter what I do not understand where does wasting food is compulsory in any company’s policy especially when it’s the employees fault and I did not make any further purchase from them due to the waste they are willing to do instead of letting someone have it #boycottnepalis because they are honestly good for nothing and not eligible to be employed with the attitude they have

Chocolate brownie ice cream all the way! Good and lot of flavors available. 4 stars for the small food court..

Big fan of Baskin Robin I use to visit to Baskin Robin occasionally, but this was my first time in deira city center, I found staff are very polite and friendly I appreciate the service of team members specifically Ms.aasha and Ms. Deepa and Mr. Obaid ,willing to visit alway there .I like the flavor and taste as always.

Last time I visited baskin robbins in deira . That two Nepali girls are very friendly and funny . They treated as a family . My chiledrens’re very happy with that Nepali girls and one Indian boy obaid ulla khan ( in charge of parkour). We’ll back again

I went yesterday around 4pm to BR dcc branch.I am very happy and satisfied with the service of the two nepali girls i dont remember the names.Everything was perfect .I love it
