Dear Baskin Robbin management team,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the misbehavior of the staff at your Baniyas square branch. My family and I visited the branch to order a double scoop, but instead of giving us a single cup with two scoops, the staff member gave us two separate cups. When we went to pay, the staff member insisted on charging us for two separate scoops, despite the fact that we had ordered a double scoop.
To make matters worse, the staff member then began shouting at us in front of other customers, accusing us of always having problems. This was extremely unprofessional and embarrassing for us. We have been visiting this branch since 2012 and have never experienced such disrespectful behavior from any of the staff members.
Furthermore, we have observed on multiple occasions that some staff members at this branch call their friends and give them bigger portions of ice cream, using their position to take advantage of the situation.
The staff member who was particularly rude to us is named Rajendra, and we also witnessed an internal staff fight with another employee named Umer. We believe that such behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your brand.
We request that strict action be taken against the staff members involved in this incident. Additionally, we suggest that you consider employing Filipino staff members at this branch, as we have found them to be courteous and professional in our past experiences with them.
We hope that you take our complaint seriously and take steps to address the behavior of your staff members at the Baniyas square branch.
