I very much enjoyed my stay here. Although I did not spend a lot of time in the room, it was spacious and clean. I did not have a problem with any cigarette smell. Some may have an issue with the sound of the club downstairs. I could slightly hear the bass but it was no issue for me. I did not really use any services other then reception. However, they were warm and welcoming. They were also understanding and still happy to help when my room key stopped working. The location was perfect for my stay. We were close to many restaurants, stores, and touristy stops. The Waikiki Kitchen on sight was nice and provided good service poolside. The club was a bit wild but it was fun for the one night I went there. VIP service is recommended there.

It was my first time to visit Bahrain and it never disappointed me at all. The hotel we stayed in is pretty cool and it helps that its close to any resto bars in the area. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The staffs were pretty friendly and helped us when the key card didnt work and they also helped us contact someone who could drive us to the airport when its time to leave. Will definitely book here when we come back

Elite Crystal Hotel in Bahrain is a four-star hotel that had the following: 1. Spacious suites, The room that I booked was two beds for two. Was really nice with living room and spacious bathroom as well. You can fully open the curtains in the bedroom and the living room. If you, like me, love the sunlight in daytime. 2. Free WiFi, This was really good internet with no interruption. Watch a few things even on 4k. Worked well. 3. An outdoor pool, This is not really that good. But it's an OK pool. 4. Staff. They are mostly helpful and friendly. It is claimed that there is noise from other clubs. For that I booked 6th floor, no issues of any noise on that floor. Make a point during checkin about noise, and they'll make sure to give you the room that will be noise free. Parking is somewhat limited, but I always found one inside the parking area. The price of the hotel is quite up to mark based on the quality and service you get. I would definitely stay here again.

Room 3 stars: because the size of the room was very good and spacious. The room has a smoking smell although I stayed in a non-smoking room. Service: you call ask for something and they say ok will do then you don't hear from them or someone from the hotel comes to your room to fix the problem. Location: very good location.

Nice place, nice room, only complaint was that the shower head didn't work. The bath was nice though. Good for a budget hotel. Service was outstanding!
