This is probably the best gym you can find in the Trade center area, after Fitness First in DIFC building. However, price wise is much better then Fitness First and atmosphere is incomparable. Service is amazing, all employees there are so pleasant and helpful. Pool is great, sauna and steam room very good, jacuzzi is ok not bad, but showers are disaster. Most of them are not working properly, taps are old and difficult to adjust the warm water and after everything so nice there, I have no idea why nobody does something to fix those showers. In general place is great, love it.

The staff are super nice ans friendly. The gym is not huge but it has many facilities that you can enjoy such as Sauna, steam room, a wonderful swimming pool, additional massage service and of course the strength and cardio training hall. The gym is attached to Rose Rayhan Hotel so all the guests of the hotel can use the gym, however the gym welcomes customers with different monthly, biannual and annual membership plans.

Fitness center incorporated into the Rose Rayhaan Hotel. It offers sauna, gym and an external swimming pool. The gym is quite complete, with a lot of instruments to work out, which make it possible to train even if many people are there at the same time. Free entry for hotel guests, towel provided on site. Opening hours 6-22

Dirty ! I asked twice To clean the floor without any action. Inacceptable to have this type of dust if you clean the floor everyday.
