We visited today 2nd of December breeze on the palm. We went there with friends. The experience was horrible from the moment we stepped in, the receptionist seemed bored and done have the energy to great customers properly as she is too busy chewing he gum. At the end you might encounter such situation but you might over look it We were ordering some drinks and some water on the table. They can clearly see that we are 8 people on the table but they end up being only three cups. You request for more but it also takes 10 min not exaggerating to get the cups of water. Then we started ordering food for the kids on our table. The order was very basic some burgers and some fried calamari. The food arrived after 25 min, the kids were starving. Then we came to order our food, again it is very straight forward. I ordered the miso lamb chops. When the food came the portion was smaller than expected but in the menu the lecture showed 6 pieces but in my plate I only had 4 pieces. I wanted a clarification for that as it wasn’t expected. I called the first waiter he tried to explain to me why it’s four pieces not six. And the excuse was the we measure them by weight. While on the menu there was no communication that lamb chops are by weight because for other cuts of meat it clearest states the weight on the menu. I requested to speak to the manager, but instead of the manager coming another waiter tried to pass by the table as she was too busy to handle a customer complaint. I tried to explain the situation, he gave me the same reasoning, and started raising his voice and saying that I am water and I can’t help you. Then after I clearly requested that I need the manager, she came to the table and gave the same explanation. And it was like that: “ we measure the portion by weight, it doesn’t matter how many pieces, the photo available on the left of the item is only used for illustrative purposes and is not an accurate representation of the item” I told her that this is misleading the customer and i didn’t expect this. And she said she can’t do anything and if she will have to replace the two pieces she has two personally pay them from her own pocket” I clearly mentioned that this was misleading but still they refused to compensate. It’s very disappointing how a place with good food is managed very slow service and bad managementMore

I’m usually a huge fan of breeze and sing it’s praises, but in recent weeks the service and food have been terrible. Staff seem uninterested and take forever to provide service. Disorganized and get orders wrong. Whatever is happening at Breeze please put it back the way it was. Hugely disappointing.More
