We live right above this place but will never go back. We went just once soon after we moved to this tower. The food is ok, if we don’t consider the raw hash brown potato (kind of) and burnt mushrooms that we got with our eggs. The main reason for our disappointment is the really bad service that we got. Maybe the waiter had a bad day but he was extremely rude and unpolite from the moment we walked in. The manager offered us a free meal as an apology but to be honest even if he offered a lifetime of free meals we would never go back. Read more

The new kid on the block ticks all the right boxes and gives a fantastic dining experience in a gorgeous, bright setting. The clean lines and vibrant colors of the decor which comprises of stunning Louis Vuitton scarves framed on the walls and other art compliments the marble flooring. The food portions are good and the white gloves service is impeccable. As for the taste~ spot on! Must visit especially in the day time.Read more
Café Society is listed as a casual dining restaurant yet everything about it screams oh là là posh. Interestingly, for all its fine dining overtures, its slick art deco interior and champagne fizz, glitz and glamour, Cafe Society is unlicensed. Hmm. Located on the ground floor of the Tamani Marina Hotel on King Salman Bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud Street in Dubai Marina, the restaurant is something of a turn right, right and then right again bother to get to. Thankfully valet parking is available once you find the way in. Enter the restaurant and whatever gripes you may have will evaporate, not least because of the warm reception you will receive but also because of its handsome setting. International is a good way of describing the contents of Café Society’s hardbound menu. It includes a lot of European and just enough Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and Asian to keep just about everyone happy. Lunching there with my Spanish BFF José Diego, we both chose to try the 300gm Beef Tenderloin served with portobello risotto and mustard sauce. Why? Well, in addition to feeling a little carnivorous that morning, the steak was highly recommended to us by our fabulously happy and gay waiter. And you know what? It was exactly as good as he said it would be. The only thing is, it took them two attempts to get it right. The first one was overcooked, the second perfect. I found service at Café Society friendly, attentive and accommodating. José Diego drove away from this place happy and content with the overall experience. It’s somewhere we’d both wholeheartedly recommend, especially for lunch. Now if only someone would give them a liquor license… Hey!
