I recently dined at Chili's restaurant, and I must say I was disappointed with the experience. The main issue I encountered was that many items on the menu were not available. This greatly limited the choices and left me feeling somewhat unsatisfied with my dining options. Furthermore, I couldn't help but compare this branch to the one at Al Jimi Mall, which I have visited before. The Al Jimi Mall branch offers a more extensive menu and an overall enhanced dining experience. It seems like this particular branch could benefit from similar improvements. While the service and ambiance were decent, the limited menu options left a significant gap in the overall dining experience. It's my hope that Chili's management considers enhancing this branch to bring it up to the standards set by the Al Jimi Mall branch and ensure a more satisfying dining experience for all patrons.

The food at Chills is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. Everything about this restaurant was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice. Our waiter was awesome, the staff also worked as a team in bringing and cleaning up our food. The food was fresh and awesome and the Fries which they presented with the cover on the handle was unique,i had eaten at the other branches of Chilis but this one took the highest place. Then we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people. I love the service at the place. I recommend this place.

Cajun chicken pasta 72dhs The flavor combination is just perfect Grilled chicken, penne in Alfredo sauce, topped with chile spices, Parmesan, tomatoes, green onions. Served with garlic toast. Served hot and fresh Recommended ❤️ Country fried chicken Golden chicken breast resting on mashed potatoes. Topped with country gravy and Served with corn on cob. Tastes amazing Chicken is so crispy outside and juicy inside Overall experience is great You get what you pay for Portions are amazing

The restaurant is not crowded when we went there at around 9pm. The restaurant is spacious and sitting areas can accommodate 4-6 persons at one time. The staff is attentive to our requests and they made sure that all the food was delivered on time. We ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta, Fajitas, Chicken Honey Chipotle with 2 sets of fries and Margarita Fresh-Mex. The food is great as usual with Chili's. Food - 5/5 Staff - 5/5 Ambience - 4/5

Honey chicken chipotle is highly recommended! It’s so tasty! 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 we loved the fajita platter and chicken cajun pasta. They also serve unlimited drinks. The staff were very attentive and quick. The place is quiet and not crowded so we got to enjoy our time eating their. They are also available on entertainer for extra savings.
