Chili's - Abu Dhabi

The food quality & quantity went from one of the best to the worst. Prices have not been decreased ,yet the quality and service are compromised. Removed items from The Entertainer thinking that they would increase the quality but it is totally disappointing. Bad quality of meat , shrimps and even french fries. Taste was horrible and quantity is very less compared to before.

Service is great here. Iced tea is very very sweet so would not recommend but everything else is nice

Low quality, horrible taste and completely stale food! We were 3 families attended Chili’s branch in yas mall for lunch, we ordered “smokehouse combos” and choose Brisket quesadillas, half rib and shrimps/sausage: - the ribs were basically steamed meat with bbq sauce it tasted horrible and the meat quality was very bad (we were told later by the waiter that they changed the supplier and noticed complaints indeed - why they didn’t inform us in advance, we have no clue!!!! - brisket quesadillas were totally stale, quesadillas not fresh at all and again this is nothing close to brisket!!! Steamed meat without anything. - sides: you are promised street corn and you receive normal corn, fries again stale and garlic bread is a joke!!! The pasta plate was good though. We requested to submit a complain and the manager brought a white paper with no identity and were asked to fill it with a sincere promise they will submit to management :)! Where is the complain box, where is the official complain form, what guarantees this will be submitted - no answer. The manager reaction was useless. Bad food quality + no proper management = the last time the 3 families will be visiting Chili’s again

I was there for the burger and let me tell you it’s delicious! My favorite is the swiss melt!

The food was very delicious and the staff was very polite and helpful. Mohamed Mukhtar served us and made sure that our food was served on time and we were happy with our order.
