The service is terrifyingly poor. The staff do not even look in your direction, they see you & ignore you. It’s very hard to get their attention, they also ignore requests. The restaurant had maybe 4 other occupied tables and many staff members were simply standing around. They need much, much, much better training. Apart from that, the food was great as usual. Love the choco lava cake!

We had dine-in in Sahara branch and we are not satisfied of our orders. The mex-salad is okay but the rice-beans with it has no taste, watery and it looks like in a hurriedly made. The tacos also is not good to taste. The shell is not crunchy and the taste of rice-beans with it same as the mex-salad. The nachos is okay. The price is not worth the food we ordered.

We dine in Chili's- Sahara Mall branch. It was quite busy as it was a weekend. However, service is still very good, and the hostess and server are friendly and accommodating. We love the food and the unlimited ice tea.

Saved by the Sliders which were made fresh and was delicious with the three bites I took. The Buffalo Wings was disappointing as it wasn't spicy or even saucy. The Honey Crispy Chickens was nothing to write about, in fact it was a forgettable food. My friend really enjoyed the Mushroom Soup but I didn't but I liked the toasted garlic bread with it. Idk the beverage name but it was okay. And why would you serve the same type of sauce twice? (Those three sauces in the little black tubs) Service was a bit slow.

Nice place & restaurant as we know it, yet this branch in Sahara Centre is not a pleasant experience. The service is really one star service, aside from the welcoming host on the front desk, the staff talk as if it’s not their concern. The service is slow & for the first time in my whole experience with restaurants that the main dish is served before the soup, their excuse ( the soup is to be prepared) , how absurd. When they serve the soup after that it was more like porridge than soup, total cooking failure. The juice they totally forget about it until I remind them. To be fair , my host changes attitude towards the end. Not a good experience as I hope by choosing Chilis to dine at.
