Had food at chili’s today, the prices seem to have gone up, and the quality of the food has dropped, the service and atmosphere is still better but the value for money is not there. Overall a very sad experience. Too over priced!

Good food comparing to other options in the location and big portions. Slow service, short on staff, not very welcoming. Over priced.

Love the place. Efficient staff, great ambiance and simply delicious food. All of the food that we tried was amazing, especially the beef ribs and the steak fajitas. Overall a great dining experience.

The service is terrible. The waiter was not frank about the cost of the meal I ordered. It took AGES to call the manager to complain to him about the waiter's unprofessional behaviour. When we got the bill we were shocked to see extra charges for the sauce I ordered which I thought it was free. It was worth 1.9 OMR. The manager was not friendly 🇪🇬. In addition, the food is overpriced and has little value for money.
