Lovely lighting. Staffs are friendly. Take away a chicken breast bento box which doesn’t really look like the way it is advertised. Chicken itself is thin so basically I was chewing deep fried batter more than the meat. Rice is ok, dumpling is alright and sides are in small portion. I think the feedback is quite fair even though I have lots of experience with Japanese bentos 🍱, it’s not a high standard for a restaurant to achieve to be honest. If the main selling point of this bento is chicken, then just make it right with proper ingredients and mixtures. Looking forward to seeing the improvement in the future.

Worst take away lunch ever! Ordered the gyudon via Mealpal, waited for nearly 20 mins as they said they are freshly prepared.. the portion is just unbelievably small and it's so tasteless.and looks nowhere near what they put in the picture.. should have read the reviews before I went. will never come back again..

The rice was hard and undercooked, not much curry sauce or chicken, and there was no flavour to the chicken katsu curry. I got this as part of a Ritual promotion and there’s no way I would have paid full price for it. Even at £1 it was barely worth it. I would avoid, it’s not worth the queue.

A fraudulent establishment that is on the “rescue food” apps only to con people. I was sold “£20.50” worth of food. The picture of the food is attached and speaks for itself. 7 pieces of veggie sushi (they couldn’t even get the count to 8 right) and a “fish bento box” consisting of rice, 3 pieces of fish and 1 gyoza. Get full price Itsu, you’ll find better value.

It's great taste beef masala and Salmon teriyaki. Very nice place to eat..I recomme that whoever's not eat until now please go there and try it and there is HALAL FOOD available...
