Yesterday, my daughter and I went to pick up her fav ice cream with so much of excitement with the funny tricks generally done by your staff. This staff Ranjita made it WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! She didn’t even know how to prepare the ice cream in a professional way. She ended up throwing her ice cream in dustbin after 2-3 bite though you charge AED40. Please train your staff properly.

I have visited the cold stone store on Friday morning time I am new to taste cold stone items and not that much familiar with the brand I am very pleased to share this incident I encountered one female staff Puja working over there she was very friendly helpful and professional with her work customer service and sales skills she welcomed me greeted me and help me taste quite much of the ice creams available over there these type of staffs can help the company grow and make the customer visit the store time & again the staff potential should be recognised and should be promoted properly I highly recommend everyone to visit Cold Stone Mirdiff whenever you be there

Coldstone has hands down been one of the best ice cream parlours out there for years now and they are currently launching a whole new range of flavours that you might absolutely crave for🤤. Currently their flavour for the month is the pistachio flavour which is absolutely top notch. Along with this they also have very unique new flavours like the lotus ice cream, cookie dough and many more🍦. Although their ice-creams might be very good, I personally do feel that their main USP lays in the mixtures that they do create for really affordable prices. In this the compile different flavours with brownies, gummies and various other sprinkles and chocolates which make give a very out of the box flavour that no other ice-cream parlour provides💯💯. Apart from their icecream I also really love their thick ice cream milkshakes which taste so freaking amazing. All in all it is a musttttt visit spot. Rating Taste- 5/5 Staff- 5/5 Value for money- 5/5

Love the ice cream and shakes from this place especially this outlet, thanks to the lovely staff. Our day was made thanks to Alken who was energetic and very interactive. Must visit for their hospitality and super ice creams, well done team.
