Poor attitude of staff at reception when asked about an enquiry, they find it very hard to understand proper English and does not co-operate properly. Disappointed

Wonderful hotel with selfless personnel, House keeping Mr Binod clean my room very good and his supervisor Mr Hari is very good, and they go all out to make you happy and comfortable

Celebrated my 50th birthday in the Lounge Cafe and I commend the Chef, Restaurant supervisor and staff for their excellent service. The food was sumptuous! The staff were so attentive. OK . Do not expect a clean carpet in the room and a complete lack of dust. Under the bed you can find a lot of interesting from past visitors. Some rooms (or everyone, I don 't know) don 't have a separate shampoo and conditioner. You

Again here i am. I bring my some friends here. I like the atmosphere here even the staff was close to me . Like shaira from reception. Shes beautiful and confident to assist us. I will recommend my family and friends to come here in this hotel

I love the place, ambiance and Nichol.. hes one of the asset of this place. So lit!! However, hope there will be more variety of food selection and dessert
