When I read some of the negative reviews here, I was worried about my choice. But I need not have. Excellent value for money - I booked a month in advance - great restaurant - Twine - excellent food & wonderful, helping staff. What more could one ask for? And an excellent room. Thanks very much to the entire team which tries so hard everyday to make a difference! Tip: Make sure that you have downloaded the Careem App and it is working on your phone. You will need it to call taxis in Dubai. [I have also published this on Tripadvisor].

An amazing hotel for the price. Very clean rooms, really amazing front desk staff. Room are decent sized and have all the amenity. Close walking distance to metro station. Felt safe and welcomed at this property. Thanks a lot to all the staff.

I've stayed during an event in trade centre. Our stay was short only 2 days but we had very comfortable stay. The room was so clean and they offered all what we need during the stay. Thanks to front office team for their welcoming. Definitely will come back next year for the same event.

I used to stay here with my family. Now that I wanted to come and stay again, i tried calling their Reservation team first and checked, the person who answered my call didn't have any phone etiquette, like he just answered my call in "Hello" and seems he was so tired on his shift, so rude and not helpful when he knew that I wanted to use my entertainer for our stay, His attitude suddenly changed saying that it was fully booked and dropped the call. Your management needs to do more training in order for you guys to give the best hospitality and customer service!

great experience they let us check in earlier the staff were nice and the room were super clean. The location is amazing like a foot step from the metro. Some people may not find the size of the room comfortable but it was okay for us and they already mentioned that. I would go back for sure.
