Have meaning to visit this highly praised restaurant for many years. Prompted by a friend we dropped in the other day and enjoyed a great lunch. My wife had a fresh crispy chicken salad which hit the. Mark. My medium cheeseburger was a real burger perfectly cooked as medium rare really which was just right. Only complaint was that the chips tasted very shop bought frozen but were fine. Good value and pleasant efficient service.Read more
the burgers were nice and well cooked but service was quite poor - sat for ages with no staff in sight. the dogs dinner was disappojnting - too much cream made the fries soggy. Overall proably best to get delivery Read more
Standards have slipped since the restaurant first opened. The service has become lackadaisical and the food cooked without love. Heineken beer at RM23 for a glass (not a pint) is expensive when compared to its competitors on the same street. Also the ketchup they serve is insipid, bland and watery. For goodness sake please give the customer the option to enjoy regular commercial ketchup with their meals!Read more
After having lived 12+ years in Malaysia, I think I've finally stumbled upon THE Burger place. Tried their Bangsar outlet yesterday (21/4/2019) and here I'm today at their Ampang place for more. The food is OMG delicious! Really, absolutely, hands down a delicious and rich menu. Imagine me bailing out on the usual classic burgers and venturing into trying a Japanese kind of Burger 😮😮! And let me not start talking about their dessert menu. Food comes quickly and the service is OK, however, that's about it i.e. the experience could be even better if the staff were a bit friendlier (Bangsar outlet mainly). They weren't rude or anything, but not that welcoming. Just doing their jobs and it shows. The waitress who served us at Ampang today was quite friendly. This is gonna be my food "Malones" for those who know what I mean 😁😁Read more
Since my last visit last year end, service has improved, bravo 👏 ... Service great by the waiter Arron. Today we had Downtown Tokyo @ RM 34 and Southern Fried Chicken @ RM32. Downtown Tokyo consist of soft shell crab deep fried service on charcoal bun with wasabi mayo . Served with choice of salad, French fries or tri color chips. Southern Fried chicken are very crispy served with waffles and with yummy Asian slaw. Too bad Asian slaw are very small portion in the tiny ramekin. There are maple syrup and onion sauce are served on the side. The daily grind does really good homemade tomato and chilli sauce. Very different burger joint unlike other restaurant, that why they are still going strong after so many years, since 2008 until now. Keep up the good burgers and service the daily grind bangsar Read more
