Love this restaurant. Great food, amazing sea views, very romantic location. The service is good. There's a music band of InterContinental employees that's pretty bad (think high-school trio) that does unfortunately dampen the ambience. Otherwise lovely experience.

Drift is an excellent, cozy restaurant by the beach in Intercontinental Fujairah. The food is outstanding, kindness of waiters make guests happy and contented. The Butchery boys band gives concert on certain nights, it is an unmissable event! We have to mention the consistency of food quality as we had the Seafood bisques every night, it was so delicious! Anything we choose from the extensive menu has perfect taste. Congratulation to staff members Akash and Krishna and chef Mahandran who made our nights unforgettable! We recommend Drift for the best dinner experience and we will definetly return!

The restaurant is a perfect venue for a relaxed evening meal. The food is cooked to perfection. Very flavorful, fresh and served in the right portion. Came here for 2 consecutive evenings just to try as a many possible dishes I could. The service team is extremely attentive to your requirements and gives you just the right attention to make you feel comfortable and very special. Well done to Fatih, Nagender and their team.

Nice cozy bar for a chilled pint of beer. Sea breeze and tide sounds are pfect for sit around at nite! Staffs are v nice. Good for insta photo zones at nite. Lunch taco and coffee is good. Most people are out at the infinity pool for F&B but I choose to stay in. Staffs are v kind and food was great. Chicken taco a good one. Don't get americano as its not strong enough if u like the strong one.
