I frequently stop by here with my family. And I’ve had mixed experiences. Sometimes the service is excellent and sometimes the cashiers are incompetent. If you don’t pay attention, they overcharge you for something you never ordered. I remember once I asked for 3 donuts. They only gave me 2 and tried to charge me for 3. Just today my wife found a hair in her coffee.

First time buying from this branch, the lady was very friendly and welcoming. I definitely will come back. Good customer service is #1 the food is #2 for me

I really like this Dunkin'. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Today Pratima helped me to choose the right coffee and donuts. I really like the size of the place, the dining options, and the atmosphere.

I found a table & after I ordered, 1 family took all the chairs, the Dunkin Manager was sitting on a table with 2 chairs, he didn't even offer the chair for me, he just kept his bag on the extra chair, how do you expect costumers if you are like this, where is Dunkin Management to look into this, donuts where good & the coffee also. Guess what, now after few weeks I pass by & it's the same, the manager taking 1 table which it's supposed to be for costumers, looks like DD don't care for their costumers.

I loved the donut theyre amazing although there is a problem with the wrapping of take away donuts the chocolate melts so it gets all messy with one or two donuts but if you take them in douzons you should be alright
