Just toke a coffe now from dalma mall and the lady was more focus doing something else at the back. Called her 3 times!! Aldo she was so rude, and didn't even processed to order in the PC, just took the payment. Very bad customer service experience

yesterday I got unpleasant time with the thin lady who served me at the dunkin, In the beginning I'm about to order she pretending not seeing me, it took 5-8 minutes to noticed me and asking me what I want to order, even I was standing in front of the shop,, then I make an order for 3pcs of donuts and 1drink, after I paid she gave me only the drink,while I already left the counter with my kids far away.I didn’t noticed that she didn’t gave me the donuts,because Im busy with my kids, then I came back again and ask for my donuts, she should gave me the donuts same time with receipt like other outlet did, but she didn't, she was too busy talking to her college and not pay attention for my order! this all things was really wasting my time, she should more pay attention to the customer and more focus when making an order!!!Coz I bought the food there not for free so at least have a respect with the customer!!!

A little kiosk serving the classic Dunkin Donuts. You can get all varieties here. Staff was prompt and helpful.

I went to dunkin donuts dalma mall today around 8pm and the lady working there was literally ignoring me although I was in queue. She took orders of random people coming although I was the first. Not going there again

Travelled 1 hour in bus from Abu Dhabi to musafah just for this 5dhs frappe😒 and waited in line for 30mins like beggar 😵‍💫
