Me and my friends have been collecting points in our Dunkin’ Donuts app by purchasing , and we have also won 7 free coffees from a competition our university made …. Today(world coffee day) we decided to use our points and the free coffees which we won!!!! we went in the store( buhaira corniche al majaz 1 branch, beside the dates shop )and the lovely cashier lady explain to us that we must purchase something in order to get the free coffees… our purpose was to get coffee and not donuts but we had to purchase something , so we decided to get mini donuts (we don’t eat sugary food in mornings we picked the small ones knowing that we will finsh it ) as we were asking the other Filipino girl for the mini donuts she suggested twice to buy the mini donuts cup which has 10 pieces which, if we do, we would have 30 mini donuts in total and we informed her twice that we don’t want to eat donut we just want to buy it so we can have the coffees she looked at us and give us an attitude as if we’re doing something illegal for each one of us buying only 2 to 3 pieces of mini donuts as if we didn’t earn the points!!!!! I ignored her attitude at first, but when my sister told her that she only wants one piece, she laughed and looked at her coworker I couldn’t stand it so I spoke to her and told her that we have the right to make the decisions how many mini donuts we want and we don’t usually eat donuts in the mornings so you don’t have to give us all this attitude, laughing, and looking away we won those points due to how many times we purchase from Dunkin’ Donuts so ( it’s not for free )and as we decided to use the points, they treat us like we’re doing something wrong!!!!! Even if I buy a single bottle of water she has no right to tell me to get that or this or to give me that attitude her job is to take our order and make it .
If you can’t keep your judgmental attitude to yourself working at a store and dealing with customers is not your job.
