I wanna recommend the teller "Jessica" for a job well done in assisting us with our orders. It's a great atmosphere and the prices and promotions are what attracts me most. I will definitely come back since the location is accessible.

I had a fantastic experience at Dunkin' Donuts! The service was exceptional, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Very bad service and slow . We waited for our drink 20 mins and only one customer us and the staff very slow I ordered ice coconut latte medium first the coconut is hot they said their coconut is not in the fridge it’s outside. And their coffee so sour I told them normally I ordered my coffee from Starbucks it comes like what I want she said we put 2 shot espresso I told her medium size need only one shot espresso not two. And after they did it still bad with hot drink and it’s iced. Not professional at all. I didn’t enjoy my coffee at all and never going to come back

I used to come here everyday on my way to uni. It's a great place to meet your friends, or business meetings or with your family. Everything ia fresh, they have fresh sandwiches which is rare to find in dunkin UAE because mostly they only serve ready made sandwiches or they don't have any at all. But this place makes them fresh. I got the bagel cheese and egg, it tasted amazing. The staff has always been really kind and energetic ❤️❤️❤️.
