I like all the staffs are friendly and smile. The food are nice we love the oysters and shrimps. The live music person singing was great with professional shows.. Environment is great with Burj Khalifa view. Must visit

Fantastic experience at Firelake! The Deep South Social Brunch on Saturday was a delight with delicious food, live performances, and breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa. A perfect blend of culinary excellence and entertainment. Highly recommend!

We went on Thursday and they had a ladies night special. 120 AED for two starters and 3 cocktails which was well worth the price. The list of cocktails are limited but good options. For the same price you can get a non alcoholic package which I think isn’t worth it. The Thai green mussels I enjoyed thoroughly and the edame beans. Then southern fried chicken on other hand was a disappointment or very average. The mains I order the pasta with the lobster. It said it had chilli but was not chilli or hot. I ordered more chillies to put in and they were so mild. Also had the lamb chops. We asked to have it done well done but was so pink. The pasta with the Italian sausage was good. The steak with peppercorn sauce. The steak was done with perfection however the sauce wasn’t really pepper like. We wanted takeaways but our servers was all of the place and they took so long to get back to us so we left without our take leftovers

We checked the photos on their website and I ordered a Caesar salad which cost me 65aed only because it was looking good on the website. When they served me the salad it had nothing. Only lettuce, 4 small pieces of bread and no chicken. I never got Caesar salad without chicken. It is so very bad to advertise your food in a great way then serve something worthless to your customer. But the staff are nice. Live music is cool. Don't go there for food. The photo with chicken is on their web and the other one was my salad.
