Had a great time at Fogo. Been to many outlets in America but the customer service at the Dubai Fogo was unparalleled! Becky was an exceptional server, very funny and was extremely helpful. As i heard, its better to avoid going there on busy evening such as Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so we went on Sunday and were extremely well served, great attention and great team specially Proscovia. The salad bar is really good and the meat is just amazing. So i would suggest you to go there during week days and before 8PM if you can to have the full experienceMore
Went with the wife for the first time, had a reservation at 0930 because it was the earliest they have for an outdoor seating Went at 0935 the table wasn't ready had to wait until 0955 to get a table, we didn't like the table offered as it was next to a loud group ( no social distancing either) so we asked for another, the host was annoyed that she had to move the plates and cutlery to the next table amd i asked to change the chairs as they were dirty but she acted like she didnt hear so i swapped them myself. The floor was total garbage.. lots of food on the floor and random papers. Salad bar is very good, fresh and lots of options. We flipped the card to start meat service, yet no plates or condiments served to the table until 15 minutes later and had to ask trice for them. At the beginning, we were offered the Picanha 3 times , i love the Picanha but i didnt come to eat only that and told the chef to send the others. Food was generally good, only a few cuts I didn't like but thats a personal preference. A large group came and sat next to our table and all of a sudden the service stopped, the chefs would go to their table , serve and leave we were without food for 20 minutes... Just waiting for anyone to serve us.. i also noticed there were people on the table at the far end weren't served at all.... Meanwhile a waiter came and offered to change the plates and he did then he was picking the tissues off the table using the meat tongs and out it back on the plate.. i was outraged by the poor hygiene and told hil to replace ot.. guess what he didn't even apologize. I asked for a manager who seems on a hurry and didnt want to listen .. just wanted me to finish talking so he could leave.. We asked for the bill, the Waitr said he need to clean the table first.... Guess what waiter i dont want to wait , you can clean the table after i leave. He came back with the desert menu saying the manager is offering us a desert as an apology.. we didn't take it we just paid and left. Bottom line is The food is good but the service will make u forget about itMore
