Garello Bar

This is a boutique hotel. Very convenient, close to the beach. The neighborhood is very busy but help to get easy to go surfing. the room is okay, comfortable enough, clean. The service is not that bad, the staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet is taste okay.

As kuta is the main centre accessibility from this hotel to other places got difficult. The hotel rooms are quiet and clean. Service was good. As for Indians they don't have many options in the breakfast buffet. Fruits and breads are the saver at breakfast.

The location is good and the reception area looks nice, but the upper floor looks DISREPAIR. The room door is hard to open/close. The stinky drainage smell is strong. The tape looks ancient.. There are dirts on towel. We are deeply disappointed because we spent extra money for the sea view balcony. This hotel is highly not recommended.

I have good times during stay in here. The services, the foods, room and accessibility are all good. Access to the Kuta beach is very nearly.

Only the bathroom had lights that you can see with. The room entrance light does not work (after changing 2 times) The dressing area looks nice but no lights. This was an Executive room. Lots of apologies from the staff but no outcome. Unfortunately the room was not double glazed facing the front beach/ traffic noise all night. Definitely not 4 star hotel for longer stay.
