I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Al Barsha and it exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The hotel's proximity to the Metro Mashreq was a major convenience, making it easy to explore the city without any hassle. The staff at Holiday Inn Al Barsha truly stood out with their exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. A special shoutout to Vilma, who checked us in seamlessly, making us feel welcomed and valued right from the start. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring Dubai. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness did not go unnoticed, and it added to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious and varied breakfast offered by the hotel. The breakfast spread had something for everyone, from local delicacies to international favorites. The quality and freshness of the food were impressive, setting a positive tone for the rest of the day. In summary, my stay was nothing short of fantastic. Very nice hotel with good services. Staff members are very lively and homely. Food is incredibly nice. Room service is impeccable, special mention to Birendra for his way to take care of my room every day and his attention.

Enjoyed my time at this hotel. My wife accidentally left her phone in the hotel taxi at the airport. I contacted the hotel via email and they found it and kept it till my return 5 weeks later. Special thanks to the taxi driver and Ahmed who was contact.

Good Hotel,Rooms are equipped with coffeemaker, at least with Nescafé, Breakfast Buffet very nice. Lots of choices. Fitness Center spacious Pool only open from 10:00 to 19:00 in Winter.

The location is perfect, so is the service. The room is good, not too small- you have space for your luggage and a nice toilet. The room is clean and everything works. It is not top luxus, but who needs that? We arrived one very late night, very tired. In the door we met Rahanas, who turned out to be a great help during our stay. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel and was met every day with a smile by Alfred and Diyan. Actually the whole staff are very sweet and helpfull. And finally we must not forget the fitness-trainer, who taught us a lot.
