There are 2 types of exercise to choose from; spinning and body combat. Tried their trial package for the spinning class, $58 for 4 classes to be completed in 4 weeks. I had a great time! Worth trying it out.

Attended a body combat class . The class was great. The instructor was really attentive and walked around to correct your form and motivate you during the class. It was roughly first half was boxing and the other half was HIIT. The class

Inflexible and rude customer service. I booked this class through ClassPass for a time slot at 12.30PM. I promptly arrived at 12.15PM but was unable to find a park slot until about 12.25PM. When I reached at 12.32PM I was denied entry as

Very expensive and predatory prices. Not recommended at all. Booked on Class Pass and was not informed by studio that I had to purchase wraps ($15-20) for the Rumble class. Midway through the class I had to excuse myself to the restroom and

Ground Zero is a boxing/hiit and spinning studio that i go to everyweek. The instructors are motivational and know what they are doing! I always come out sweating and feeling fit. I love both different classes!

Awesome gym. Great instructors. Good vibe and positive staff. Try both classes - Rumble (boxing with HIIT) and Ride (Spinning). The rooms are quite cool, neon lighting controlled by instructors to match current exercises and pace. Highly recommended.
